1st Class Soccer Camps

Refund, credit
& weather policy

What happens when plans change, camp is canceled, or weather affects a session.

01

Withdrawals

All camp registrations are non-refundable. If your player needs to withdraw, so long as notice is provided at least 48 hours before the first day of camp, we will issue a credit for the full registration amount toward the next available 1st Class Soccer camp, or, if you purchased Registration Insurance, a refund to your original payment method. The $30 Registration Insurance fee and the $20 Service Charge are not refunded. Credits are not redeemable for cash.

02

Late Withdrawals and No-Shows

Withdrawals received less than 48 hours before the start of camp, and players who do not attend without notifying us, are not eligible for a credit or refund, except as stated under Injury or Illness.

03

Injury or Illness

If a player cannot attend due to injury or illness, we will issue a credit toward the next available camp. If you purchased Registration Insurance, a withdrawal for injury or illness is refunded to your original payment method, and the 48-hour notice requirement does not apply. We may ask for a note from a healthcare provider. If an injury or illness occurs during camp, credit for any full days missed will be issued at our discretion.

04

Cancellation by 1st Class Soccer

If we cancel a camp because of low registration or for any other reason within our control, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or a credit toward a future camp. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

05

Weather

Camps run rain or shine, including in light rain. Sessions may be delayed, shortened, relocated, or canceled for lightning, severe weather, extreme heat, or unsafe field conditions, at our sole discretion. A session we cancel for weather will be credited on a prorated basis or replaced with a make-up session where possible. Sessions that are delayed or shortened but still held are not credited.

06

Credit Terms

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued, may be transferred to a sibling in the same household, and are applied to the next available camp. If the new camp costs more, the difference is due at registration; if it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your account.

07

Conduct

Players dismissed from camp for conduct or safety reasons are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Registration Insurance changes the refund terms in this policy only. If you purchased it, every other term above still applies, including weather, credits, and conduct.
