Written curriculum
Every session follows a written plan. Compete, Foundations and Finishing give each camp its own purpose.
Your coaches. Paid by us.
Your club’s coaches lead the sessions, and 1st Class pays them. One coach for every 15 players, with a second coach from the 16th player.
Clear camp operations
Two adults stay on site. Pickup is limited to an adult on the roster. Players are grouped by age and playing ability.
Simple registration
Current camp registration and payment are handled securely through Otto.
Something to keep
Our listed three-day camps include two 1st Class jerseys.
A next step for every player
Within two days of camp, the coach sends home a written evaluation naming what to practice next.

We pay your club’s coaches for delivering the camp. Coach compensation is part of the partnership plan we agree together.

We handle the accounting and finance back office, including camp budgets, payment administration and financial reporting.
Marketing services
We support camp promotion so your families can discover the program, understand the offer and register.
Gear & uniforms
We procure the camp gear and uniforms, coordinating what is needed for the agreed program.
Operational equipment
We procure the equipment needed to deliver the camp, with requirements planned around the venue and sessions.
Facility procurement
We support sourcing and securing suitable camp facilities, working through venue needs and availability with your club.
